Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. is pleased to announce the 30th ANNUAL EMPLOYMENT LAW UPDATE - THE TIMES THEY ARE A CHANGIN? at the Greater Richmond Convention Center. The program will feature some of the seminar?s best-beloved speakers of the past as well as a special performance by popular humorist Steve Kissell during lunch. Conference registrants will have the opportunity to attend several educational workshops which will feature new information and materials on employment law. For 30 years, the Kaufman & Canoles Employment Law Update has met the training needs of employers through the state. Representatives from key employment agencies in the region will participate and be on hand to answer any and all employment law questions, in addition to the K&C labor and employment team. Sparks, Jr. is an attorney in the firm?s Richmond office whose practice concentrates on employment litigation, representing employers in employment discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of employment contract, non-compete, and wage and hour claims.
