Gary Klein, Ph.D., is internationally recognized for his groundbreaking work in cognitive science. He developed the Recognition-Primed Decision (RPD) model to describe how people actually make decisions in natural settings. His work has been incorporated into Army doctrine and inspired Malcolm Gladwell’s Blink. He’s been featured in Fast Company, Oprah Magazine, Forbes, and the Huffington Post.
