In today’s nonprofit climate, almost everyone who is important to your organization asks you to demonstrate your value. Funders…board…donors…partner agencies… they all want to hear more about outcomes (that is, the results you create) and less about what you do.
 
How do we manage the demands of measuring outcomes with everything else we have to do? Further, why have outcomes become so critical to funding organizations and the public?
 
This workshop will assist nonprofits in understanding the benefits of outcome measurement. We will emphasize how your organization, no matter how small, can take steps to identify and track outcomes that tell your nonprofit’s story. In addition, we’ll provide tips on how to gather meaningful input from your stakeholders or members for continued organizational growth and improvement.
