about us
Our team has embraced the vision of safer, stronger, healthier communities and families affected by incarceration. We will reduce the rate of incarceration and provide returning citizens (formerly incarcerated)and their family members the necessary tools and resources to become successful, productive citizens. Our blueprint for reentry is 3Tracks2Success: education, rehabilitation, and adaptability. Our model is designed to provide balance using an integrative approach of natural growth and spirituality, promoting higher education, independent living, wellness, and accountability.

We offer a facilitated discussion for families affected by incarceration, to share concerns, develop and/or improve coping skills, and to manage stressors created by incarceration. The FAILSAFE Support Group meets the first Saturday of the month at 10:00 at the Salem Church Library located at 2607 Salem Church Road in Fredericksburg, VA.

FAILSAFE-ERA’s Prison Ministry, FAFMOI Ministries, prepare inmates to become spiritual leaders of their families and communities when they reenter society and to be Godly examples while incarcerated. We minister to them in the Virginia facilities and offer continued training upon release. Under FAFMOI Ministry we have developed “Building Your Spiritual House: Pathway to the Next Level” as a critical path to success.
