SUMMARY:2017 Green Business Challenge
DESCRIPTION:The 2017 Green Business Challenge will kick-off on Monday\, April 17th and run through Monday\, October 16th.  There will be opportunities throughout the six-month challenge to attend workshops and other green-themed events centered around greening your business.\n\n \n\nParticipating businesses within Planning District 16 which includes the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Caroline\, King George\, Stafford\, and Spotsylvania will choose to compete in six themed categories for a chance to win the competition and prizes!\n\n \n\nThe category themes include:\n\n\n	Energy\n	Leadership\n	Purchasing\n	Transportation\n	Waste Management\, and\n	Water\n\n\n\n\nAt the end of 2017\, the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce will host an awards event and present an award to an overall Challenge winner as well as several other smaller awards.\n\n\n\nPlease consider being a sponsor of this great community program!
