It will also provide insights and education regarding influence strategies and tactics for leaders. His passion and talent is in supporting organizations and individuals to achieve sustained high performance through building effective and profound leadership capability and capacity.\n\nGreg is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering.  In addition\, Greg holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School where he graduated with high distinction. Greg served for 12 years in the United States Army\, primarily as an airborne infantry officer serving in a host of tactical and operational leadership assignments as well as serving on the faculty of the United States Military Academy at West Point teaching leadership\, ethics and organizational change. \n\nGreg and his team at leadershipForward have facilitated the Leadership Fredericksburg program for the past two years. The campus is located at the intersection of US 17 (Warrenton Road) and Village Parkway\, which is just 1 mile south of the stoplight at the intersection of US 17 and Poplar Road (Route 616).Turn right onto University Boulevard.
