DESCRIPTION:Join our Chamber's Network of Enterprising Women (CNEW) for their June luncheon. Come ready to network\, make new connections and build relationships at this monthly luncheon designed to inspire and empower women at all levels in the workplace. CNEW is not exclusive to women - everyone is welcome!\n\n\n\nThis month we're pleased to welcome guest speaker Lynne Richardson who will be speaking on Playing Well in the Sandbox: Working Together to Achieve Goals.\n\n\n\nDysfunctional organizations struggle to achieve small or large goals.  Many of us played in sandboxes as children and know that playing well together there made for a more pleasant experience.  As adults we know that\, while there is no literal sandbox in the workplace\, our offices can seem like a sandbox.  How can we learn to play together to effectively achieve personal and organizational goals? \n\n\n\nLynne Richardson is Dean of College of Business at the University of Mary Washington.  She has previously served as dean of the business schools at Ball State University and Mississippi State University.  She earned a PhD in Marketing from the University of Alabama and writes a popular column\, MANAGEMENT MATTERS\, that appears in the Free Lance-Star and via social media weekly. \n\n\n\nLOCATION\n\nBonefish Grill\n\n1779 Carl D.
