DESCRIPTION:Chamber's Network of Enterprising Women: Women's Symposium\n\n\n\nFriday\, March 25\, 2022\, 8:30am to 1:30pm\n\nFredericksburg Nationals Stadium Club Level\n\n\n\nThe CNEW Women's Symposium is a half-day event designed to bring our women of the business community together\, equip them with skills to be successful in life and business\, inspire them to be their best\, and renew their spirit. \n\n\n\nKeynote Speaker: \n\n\n\nFeatured is a keynote presentation by Tatum Sheppard\, Miss Virginia 2021.\n\n\n\nTatum Sheppard was selected Miss Virginia 2021 at Berglund Center in Roanoke\, Virginia on June 19. A 2020 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Liberty University\, Tatum holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre\, with aspirations of appearing on a Broadway stage. \n\n\n\nTatum's Social Impact Initiative is Mentoring Matters. Tatum has been active in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Virginia\, and will advocate for the importance of mentoring our youth during her year of service. Tatum states " Awareness leads to action: therefore\, as Miss Virginia\, I will continue to invest in Virginia's youth and educate others on the positive impact of mentoring\, reminding everyone it only takes one person to make a difference in the lives of others."\n\n\n\nAn accomplished vocalist\, Tatum represented the Commonwealth of Virginia at the 100th anniversary Miss America Competition in December at the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut.  \n\n\n\n\n\nSession Speakers:\n\n\n\nMegan Shepherd\, PMP\, Chief Operating Officer of Simventions\, Inc. \n\nTopic: The Importance of Women in Executive Leadership\n\n\n\nSusan Coleman\, Director of Marketing at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center and Life Coach\n\nTopic: Limitless!\n\n\n\n\n\nEvent Schedule:\n\n8:30am     Mimosa & Muffins Mingle during Check In\n\n9:00am    Welcome\n\n9:30am    First Session\n\n10:15am  Networking Break\n\n10:30am   Second Session\n\n11:15pm    Networking Break\n\n11:30pm    Lunch\n\n12:00pm    Keynote: Tatum Sheppard\, Building Your Personal Brand Through Lifestyle\, Philanthropy and Business\n\n1:00pm        Closing and Networking\n\n\n\n\n\nSponsorships Available\, email thall@fxbgchamber.org.
