DESCRIPTION:The disability Resource Center of the Rappahannock Area (dRC) is planning a day of fun on September 24\, 2022\, when it hosts "Let the Gourd Times Roll" Fall Family Festival at the Fredericksburg Fairgrounds to raise funds to support its work. There will be music\, games\, food\, vendor tables\, and more to entertain the whole family. The dRC\, a Center for Independent Living\, works to help people with disabilities of all ages to reach their greatest level of independence.
