SUMMARY:Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Builder
DESCRIPTION:Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Builder Series.\n\n \n\nThis is a monthly opportunity for members of the Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Association to come together in a learning environment and revisit topics covered when they participated in the program and to delve into new areas as they continue their individual leadership journeys.\n\n\n\nIn April\, we will discuss how Organizational Health Trumps Everything Else in Business. While being smart on technical decision making (accounting\, business strategy\, development\, quality\, pricing\, etc.) is critical to all businesses\, being "healthy" is unfortunately not often enough afforded an equal amount of time and attention. Healthy businesses provide equal attention to issues impacting office politics\, employee morale\, a positive work culture and environment to name but a few. The manner in which leaders embrace and execute on the "healthy" side of the equation can provide a distinct advantage in today's fast-paced market.\n\n\n\nPrior to the discussion\, we will view a webinar hosted by Patrick Lencioni\, author of "Five Dysfunctions of a Team" who will provide an in-depth overview of the above topic. After viewing the webinar we will discuss it as a group. \n\n\n\nWe will meet on Tuesday\, April 17\, 8:30 a.m.- 10 a.m.at the Chamber office. Seating is limited to 20\;please RSVP. \n\n\n\n\n\nThis is a monthly opportunity for members of the Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Association to come together in a learning environment and revisit topics covered when they participated in the program and to delve into new areas as they continue their individual leadership journeys. \n\n\n\nThe LF Alumni Builder is open to members of the Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Associationonly.
