DESCRIPTION:Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Builder Series.\n\n\n\nCarl Lawson LF '12 will lead this session. The topic is "Leading Through Crisis Issues." \n\n \n\nIt's been said that anyone can lead when times are good but real leadership  - and character   shows up when issues rise to the crisis level. \n\n \n\nHave you faced a crisis in your leadership journey? \n\nAnd if so\, did you face it head on\, or did you run from it? \n\nDid you bring others on board?\n\nAre you stronger for it\, or was this instance a "fail" in your book?  \n\n\n\nIn both his military and professional career\, Carl has faced a multitude of crisis moments. Carl will share examples and the tools he relies on to carry him successfully through crisis issues. \n\n\n\n\n\nThe LF Alumni Builder is open to members of the Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Association only. Mike Fidgeon LF '09 and Susan Spears LF Executive Director co-facilitate the series. The meetings will take place monthly on the third Tuesday\, 8:30 a.m.- 10 a.m.at the Chamber office.\n\n\n\nSeating is limited\; you must RSVP to participate.
