DESCRIPTION:Leading the Region\n\n\n\nWe are held to a high standard as Alumni members of the Leadership Fredericksburg program. As we continue our journeys of leading in the region\, it is important to continually refresh our leadership toolbox.\n\n\n\nThe Leadership Advisory Board developed two exclusive workshops so we can do just that:\n\nPART ONE- LFAA SESSIONS\n\n\n\nSession 1 (8:30 am)\n\nCoaching & Mentoring in Leadership\n\nFacilitated by: Rose Heyward LF'09 & Beth Williams LF'11\n\n\n\nSession Two (10:30 am)\n\nLeading Change \n\nFaciliated by: Dave Corderman PhD & LF 2017 co-facilitator\n\n\n\nPART II - LUNCHEON & PROGRAM\n\nNOON\n\n\n\nThe workshops will be followed by a luncheon that is open to non-Alumni individuals. We will honor long-time community leader Rev. Lawrence A.
