DESCRIPTION:The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce and\n\n	The Rappahannock Rotary Club Present the Workshop:\n\n	 \n\n	MAKING A DIFFERENCE: ETHICAL\, CHARACTER DRIVEN LEADERSHIP\n\n	 \n\n	June 1\, 2012\n\n	Fredericksburg Country Club\n\n	 \n\n	 \n\n	We all know what makes some leaders great: commitment\, courage\, vision or sense of purpose\, integrity\, willingness to take actions or risks\, etc. Why\, then\, are true leaders so rare?\n\n	 \n\n	DO YOU WANT TO BE A LEADER?\n\n	 \n\n	This interactive workshop\, " Making a Difference: Ethical\, Character Driven Leadership\," focuses on discovering the personal power within each of us and learning how to unleash it and develop the passion to lead\, empower\, achieve\, overcome\, and make a difference in our organizations and communities.\n\n	 \n\n	Success comes from knowing the difference between leading and managing the difference that comes from a careful blending of personal integrity\, open communication\, and the ability to motivate and influence others to achieve peak performance. \n\n	 \n\n	Participants in this session will learn in a dynamic\, highly interactive atmosphere that will challenge and enable them to take their leadership skills to new levels.\n\n	\n\n	Presenters: Dave Corderman\, Dick Ayres & Edward J.
