DESCRIPTION:Did you make a resolution to lose weight this year? January is a great time to start\, so let us help you stay motivated to take the next step. Just in time to help you reach your goals\, Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center's Lose Big Win Big is about to start. Lose Big Win Big is a fifteen week weight loss challenge to encourage healthy lifestyle changes with a competitive twist. Expertise and support is given throughout the challenge to encourage nutrition and exercise for life changes that stick. Weight loss is calculated on weight loss percentage\, not actual pounds. Men compete against men and women compete against women for a total of 6 cash prizes for the 3 top men and 3 top women. There is a $5 participant entry fee. Come join the fun!  \n\n\n\nOfficial\, private Weigh-In at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center on January 23rd from 3 pm to 6 pm. Free health screenings\, vendor support and health education. Registration not required\, but suggested. Let this be the year you can say I kept my resolution to get healthy in 2018. Your health matters to us.\n\n\nAdditional notes:\n\nThis event will be held at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center located at 4600 Spotsylvania Pkwy\, Fredericksburg\, VA 22408.\n\n\n\nBy providing your information you are PRE-registering for this event.
