He primarily focuses his academic and consulting engagements on developing leadership competencies through organizational leadership development programs moving his customer's knowledge over time from Awareness to Familiarity\, then Proficiency\, and finally onto the lifelong pursuit of leadership Mastery. \n\n\n\nJ.R. has served as Flatter\, Inc.'s Chairman since its founding in 2002.
