DESCRIPTION:College & Career Night\n\n	Wednesday\, October 24\, 2012\n\n	6:30 - 8:30p.m.\n\n	Spotsylvania Towne Centre \n\n	\n\n	The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce's Workforce NOW program\,\n\n	 in partnership with College Night\, is hosting an Expo to offer employers the opportunity\n\n	to get in front of the region's future workforce!\n\n	This is a unique opportunity for area employers to meet hundreds of students from\n\n	 Planning District 16 and make them aware of hometown job opportunities.\n\n	Workforce NOW is asking employers to be part of the regional workforce solution\n\n	 and help prepare the talent pipeline to meet future business needs.\n\n	 A key component of this event will be providing\n\n	 mini-mentor/coaching moments for the student attendees.\n\n	\n\n	Given the economic challenges facing America\, more students than ever \n\n	are mixing work and higher education after high school graduation.\n\n	As employers\, we also know that some students do not have the desire and/or the means to continue their education immediately following graduation--so why not offer some alternatives! \n\n	 \n\n	Our Mission is to develop and sustain partnerships\n\n	to support and encourage\n\n	 workforce readiness and workforce development.\n\n	Our Vision: A workforce ready to meet the Fredericksburg region's current\n\n	and future employment needs.\n\n	\n\n	Reserve your Expo table today for College and Career Night!!\n\n	 October 24th from 6:30pm   8:30pm\n\n	Spotsylvania Towne Centre.  \n\n	\n\n	 Vendor Fees:\n\n	Non-profits: $100 per table\n\n	 Chamber members: $200 per table \n\n	Non-members $300 per table\n\n	\n\n	PLATINUM SPONSOR\n\n	NSWC FCU\n\n	\n\n	For more information on becoming a participating vendor or sponsor for the\n\n	 October 24th College and Career Night\, please contact Mary Garber at 540-373-9400 or mary@fredericksburgchamber.org\n\n	 \n\n	Vendor Registration: Contact Meg Diebold at 540-373-9400 or meg@fredericksburgchamber.org
