DESCRIPTION:College & Career Night\n\nWednesday\, October 21st\, 2015\n\n6:30 - 8:30p.m.\n\nSpotsylvania Towne Centre \n\n\n\nThe Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce's Workforce NOW program\,\n\n in partnership with College Night\, is hosting an Expo to offer employers the opportunity\n\nto get in front of the region's future workforce!\n\nThis is a unique opportunity for area employers to meet hundreds of students from\n\n Planning District 16 and make them aware of hometown job opportunities.\n\nWorkforce NOW is asking employers to be part of the regional workforce solution\n\n and help prepare the talent pipeline to meet future business needs.\n\n A key component of this event will be providing\n\n mini-mentor/coaching moments for the student attendees.\n\n\n\nGiven the economic challenges facing America\, more students than ever \n\nare mixing work and higher education after high school graduation.\n\nAs employers\, we also know that some students do not have the desire and/or the means to continue their education immediately following graduation--so why not offer some alternatives! \n\n \n\nOur Mission: to develop and sustain partnerships\n\nto support and encourage\n\n workforce readiness and workforce development.\n\nOur Vision: A workforce ready to meet the Fredericksburg region's current\n\nand future employment needs.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Vendor Fees:\n\nNon-profits: $75 per table\n\n Chamber members: $135 per table \n\nNon-members $300 per table
