DESCRIPTION:We're faced with solving problems and making all sorts of decisions throughout every day.  Some of these problems and decisions require more thought and effort than others.  Making good decisions is not always as easy as one would think. \n\n\n\nBeing able to make decisions and solve problems effectively in the workplace is a necessary skill\; regardless of your position. Poor decision making skills can negatively impact your job performance\, relationship with your boss and others\, future assignments\, job satisfaction and opportunity for advancement.\n\nThis session is designed to improve your problem-solving and decision-making skills.
