Join us as we celebrate 20 years of Leadership Fredericksburg and the hundreds of leaders who have shaped our region through service, collaboration, and community impact.
The afternoon begins with a Leadership Summit (2:30–5:00 PM) featuring alumni and faculty discussions that reflect on the program's legacy, leadership lessons, and vision for the future. The celebration continues with an Anniversary Reception, Dinner, and Awards (5:00–7:30 PM) honoring alumni, faculty, sponsors, and community partners while recognizing the people and partnerships that have made Leadership Fredericksburg a cornerstone of regional leadership development.
Reconnect with classmates, celebrate two decades of impact, and help shape the next generation of leaders in the Fredericksburg region.
