Step inside six distinctive Fredericksburg homes during the Historic Fredericksburg Foundation’s 56th Annual Candlelight Tour. This year’s tour celebrates the work of local builder, architect, carpenter, and designer Elmer Grimsley “Peck” Heflin and explores his lasting influence on Fredericksburg’s historic neighborhoods. The tour will be held Saturday, December 12, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 13, from noon to 4:00 p.m. Tickets go on sale November 1. Saturday evening VIP tickets include an exclusive visit to 1200 Washington Avenue from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., followed by a historic downtown pub crawl from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with two drink tickets redeemable at either Alpine Chef or Colonial Tavern.
