Life begins at 50! Join us for a day full of gathering information on all the resources the Fredericksburg area has to offer in recreation, health, wellness, travel, senior services, nutrition and more! Take part in a yoga class or attend one of our educational mini-sessions. Attendance is free. We hope to see you there!
