Best of the Burg Hot Sauce Competition!

Your ticket includes:
-Sampling kit to include seven 1oz portions of either pork or chicken (7 ounces total) featuring each competing sauce, and voting sheets
-Swag bag with local treats

 

Come sample and purchase barbecue and hot sauces along with locally crafted products. You will not want to miss the samples of each sauce with Billiken’s Famous BBQ, select craft brews, and fun music from a local DJ. Witness the sauce eating contest and cheer for your favorite sauce to win a 2022 medal naming best sauces!

Sign-ups for the Hot Sauce Eating Competition will be at the event beginning at 4pm. There are a total of 20 spots available.

Fredericksburg’s Best of the Burg Hot Sauce Competition is kid and dog friendly event and will be held rain or shine on the patio.
