A. Smith Bowman Distillery and the Friends of the Rappahannock invite you to savor fresh oysters, expertly crafted cocktails, live music, and more at the second annual Bourbon on the Half Shell on Saturday, April 18, from 5-9 p.m. During the event, participants can take a tour that offers a behind-the-scenes look at the historic distillery. You can enjoy guided tastings and let the contemporary folk and Americana, Wicked Sycamore, set the perfect mood for the evening! Plus, take part in an exclusive silent auction featuring unique items & experiences. Tickets are $150 per person and include all-you-can-eat oysters, barbecue, drinks, a tasting, and tour of the distillery. Proceeds benefit the Friends of the Rappahannock. And all oyster shells will be recycled and used in FOR oyster reef restoration programs.
