Description
The ChamberWorks Business Academy, presented by the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, is a six-month program designed to help business owners and emerging leaders strengthen their operations, enhance leadership skills, and expand their professional networks.
Through expert-led workshops, mentorship, and practical tools, participants gain the knowledge and confidence to grow sustainably while contributing to the success of the regional business community.
Participants leave with an actionable, personalized plan that strengthens operations, marketing, finance, leadership, and technology strategy.
