If you own your own business, the time to start planning about what to do when you retire is now. Join us for “Cashing Out & Moving Up – Do I Cash in My Business or Pass It On?” – an in-depth workshop featuring PBGH’s Brad Jones and Mike Vanderpool of Vanderpool, Frostick & Nishanian. The interactive, multi-media discussion will introduce the tale of Successful Sam, founder and owner of Acme Distributing Co., who’s pondering whether to leave his business to his heirs or sell it to a third-party buyer. Participants will weigh Sam’s options and then vote on which path he should take.
