Girls on The Run Piedmonts Fall 5K

Description

Join Girls on the Run Piedmont for our annual Fall 5K Celebration on November 15, 2026, at Virginia Credit Union Stadium (FredNats Park) in Fredericksburg! More than just a 5K, this special event celebrates the confidence, strength, friendships, and accomplishments built by girls throughout their season. With more than 400 girls participating in our fall programs, along with their coaches, families, buddy runners, and community members, it will be an afternoon filled with music, smiles, cheering, and plenty of sparkle! The 5K is untimed, and participants are encouraged to run, walk, dance, or move at their own pace. Every girl has a goal to accomplish, and no girl crosses the finish line alone! Gates open at 12 PM, with the 5K beginning at 2 PM. Guests can enjoy community partners, sponsor activities, and pre-race festivities before cheering on our incredible girls as they cross the finish line. Whether you're running alongside a girl, cheering from the sidelines, or joining us as a community partner, there's a place for everyone at the Girls on the Run Piedmont Fall 5K! ??
