Description
The Chamber and the IRS are re-teaming to present a free seminar on recordkeeping, classifications of business entities and worker classification.
Anna Falkenstein with the IRS will offer insights on several issues, including:
- keeping records – how long to keep them and how to maintain them
- the differences between types of business entities
- determining whether a worker is an employee or independent contractor and what to do if a business has classified them incorrectly
