Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Builder Series.
March Topic: Crucial Conversations
This is a monthly opportunity for members of the Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Association to come together in a learning environment and revisit topics covered when they participated in the program and to delve into new areas as they continue their individual leadership journeys. Topics will include Emotional Intelligence; Personal Mission Statements; Generative Listening; Crucial Conversations; Ethics & Values; the state of leadership today; and others.
The LF Alumni Builder is open to members of the Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Associationonly. Mike Fidgeon LF ’09 and Susan Spears LF Executive Director will co-facilitate the series. The meetings will take place monthly on the third Tuesday, 8:30 a.m.- 10 a.m.at the Chamber office.
Seating is limited; you must RSVP to participate.
NOTE: Our February topic was Effective Leadership Goal Setting. As a follow up to that session, Donna Krauss and Sarah Walsh have offered to work with anyone who is interested in putting together a visual goal board. Donna will set up a time and place for a meeting for all who are interested. Her contact information is:
