The We Mean Business Awards celebrate excellence, innovation, and impact across the Fredericksburg region’s business community. Each year, the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce honors local businesses and leaders who are making a difference—through exceptional growth, community engagement, sustainable practices, and positive workplace culture.

This year’s categories include:

Community Champion Award – Recognizing a business making a lasting impact through service, advocacy, and regional support.

Emerging Business Award – Celebrating a fast-rising company (three years old or less) that’s already showing significant promise.

Workplace Culture Leader Award – Honoring organizations that prioritize employee support, workforce development, and a strong internal culture.

Sustainability in Business Award – Highlighting businesses committed to environmentally responsible operations and innovation.
