Description

There are currently 5 different generations in the workplace. However, by 2025 75% of the global workforce will be comprised of millennials.
Come to our October Member Meeting to hear from entrepreneurs, executives and nonprofit leaders who are also young professionals. We will dive into millennials and their decision making processes, how they prefer and accomplish a work life balance over other generations and their approach to managing business and employees.
We will also discuss the next generation, Gen Z. Who is currently graduating from college and coming into the workforce at a rapid pace.

You agree to hold harmless: The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, its members, Board of Directors, Fredericksburg Country Club, and guests, for any deleterious effects resulting from your attendance at any meetings of the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber. The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber, its members, Board of Directors, Fredericksburg Country Club, and guests hereby expressly disavow any liability resulting from holding these meetings.

- You attest that you have not come into contact with others that have coronavirus, nor have been exposed to the virus within the last two weeks.

- The Chamber will work within the state guidelines regarding indoor meetings, to the best of its ability, but cannot guarantee that our efforts will not result in harm to attendees.

The CDC currently recommends vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals wear a mask when in contact with others and not eating/drinking.
