Network @ Nite; Barks and Brews Yappy Hour

Description

Join us for Barks and Brews on Thursday, September 9th hosted by 6 Bears and A Goat. Bring your favorite pup along with you for a night of networking and great brews for our Barks and Brews Yappy Hour.  

Please Pre-Register. Registration Deadline is Wednesday, September 1.


Below are the guidelines for Barks and Brews:
- Must complete waiver upon arrival
- Only one dog per adult
- Any participating dog must be at least four months old
- Your dog must be up to date on rabies, distemper, parvo, and bordatella vaccinations to attend
- All dogs MUST be on a leash at all times
- Use good judgement regarding the temperament of your pets so the event will be enjoyable for everyone
- Do not bring your dog if they are unreliable in crowds or other dogs
- Do not bring a female in heat
- Be courteous and responsible - please pick up after your dog

You are registering to attend the Barks and Brews Network @ Nite.
 
With your attendance, you acknowledge that you are aware of, and assuming the risk of, attending meetings in person expressly including any and all risk associated with COVID -19.
 
You acknowledge the possibility exists that you may come into contact with others that have been exposed to the coronavirus.
 
You acknowledge that you knowingly accept the risks of potentially acquiring COVID-19 and/or any other illness and/or injury that may arise from an in-person meeting.
 
You agree to hold harmless: The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, its members, Board of Directors, 6 Bears and A Goat Brewery, and guests, for any deleterious effects resulting from your attendance at any meetings of the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber.  The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber, its members, Board of Directors, 6 Bears and A Goat Brewery, and guests hereby expressly disavow any liability resulting from holding these meetings.

• You attest that you have not come into contact with others that have coronavirus, nor have been exposed to the virus within the last two weeks.
• You agree to comply with the state guidelines regarding meetings, and are not currently sick, nor running a fever.
• The Chamber will work within the state guidelines regarding indoor meetings, to the best of its ability, but cannot guarantee that our efforts will not result in harm to attendees.

NOTE:

• If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not enter the building.
• Are you currently experiencing, or have you experienced in the past 14 days, any of the following symptoms? *Please take your temperature before you answer this question. Fever (100.4 °F/37.9° C or greater as measured by an oral thermometer)
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing *
  • Sore throat *
  • New loss of taste or smell *
  • Chills *
  • Head or muscle aches *
  • Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting *
  • In the past 14 days, have you been in close proximity to anyone who was experiencing any of the above symptoms or has experienced any of the above symptoms since your contact? *
  • In the past 14 days, have you been in close proximity to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19? *
  • Have you been tested for COVID-19 and are waiting to receive test results? *
  • In the past 14 days, have you been on a commercial flight or traveled outside of the Unite States? *
