F3 was founded in August 2020, in Fredericksburg, VA, by Charmain (Charlie) Evans, a retired Marine Corps Officer, Mast Trainer & Nutrition Coach, Women's Coaching Specialist, and Public Speaker. F3 helps busy women attain their fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness goals by providing premium and affordable products and services that works with a busy lifestyle instead of against it.
