Attorney Thomas L. Bowden Sr. will present rules for "Website Compliance"
Premise: Most websites do not comply with applicable laws and regulations
Reason: No single law that applies
Unlike Advertising, where FTC and Copyright law govern most issues, websites are more complex

The presentation will address the most common errors and oversights found in business websites and blogs.
The implications of using Google Adsense, endorsing products, using Flash cookies and linking to other websites will be discussed.
The participant will come away with a useful set of rules to determine whether they need to obtain professional advice and guidance.
