Many of us are called upon from time to time to provide
much-needed moral inspiration for our employees,
either in a small, day-to-day manner or in the
organizational setting.
This workshop will examine how we can become
examples for our employees – sources of moral
encouragement that will inspire them,
 help shape them morally, and spur them
on to purposeful action.
