COPE is the outreach division of REMS Council, and we are committed to ensuring that we promote health and wellness in our community. Our latest initiative is 'You Are The Help Until Help Arrives', and we have a five-day roadshow in Stafford to teach basic First Aid Skills and Health and Chronic Disease awareness for Substance Abuse and Addiction, Stroke, Diabetes, Cancer, High Blood Pressure to name a few so citizens can see the signs and act as emergency responders before the professional first responders arrive as we have evidence that this saves lives.
