Protecting Your Business' Online Reputation
Jeffrey Geiger Hamilton, attorney from Sands Anderson. PC will provide an introduction to online reputation management and the surrounding legal issues. In addition, Jeffrey will discuss situations including:
- when customers make comments about your organization online and
- when an employee makes an online post on behalf of the organization that is embarrassing or negative
At this seminar, you will learn steps and strategies to take in protecting your business or organization (whether you maintain an active Internet presence or not) through an interactive discussion which will include examples of how to (and how not to) address social media and Internet activity.
