Having a good working relationship with your boss and understanding the dynamics of interdependence between boss and subordinate is key to success. In this class you will learn how to "read" the boss, how to recognize one's own strengths and weaknesses, what good relationship building skills are, and how to apply this knowledge to interactions with the boss.
