For the first time in our country’s history, today’s leaders have the challenging task of leading four distinct generations in the workplace. Problems can arise from differing mindsets and communication styles of workers born in different eras. The key is to be able to effectively address and take advantage of the differences in values and expectations of each generation. In this workshop you will gain tips on effective communication and how to better foster relationships in order to create a more productive and positive work environment.
