For the first time, multi-generations are represented in large numbers in the workforce at the same time. They are required to work together closely which can lead to misunderstanding and tension. Creating an environment where all generations can work collaboratively and respectfully is essential to organizational sustainability and growth.
This panel discussion raises awareness of the distinctive perspectives, motivations and expectations of each generation employed in an organization as well as the employers point of view.
Facilitated by Missy Spears, Executive Business Coach, Heart at Work
