[SPECT001876] SPECTRAL Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:
- The Systems Engineer will provide system engineering and design for a new, high-visibility Naval information system that integrates with EW sensors
- Apply engineering skills in the technical planning, systems integration, verification and validation, cost and risk and supportability and effectiveness analyses for complex SIGINT solutions or products
- Perform analyses at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal
- Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, and detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and continuously validate those solutions through delivery
- Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Systems Engineering related field
- Strong understanding in system engineering principles
- Experience in requirements management and tracing
