Role Summary

The Loan Partner I (LPI) provides front-end origination support to ensure an exceptional borrower and referral-partner experience. This role partners closely with a Loan Officer to pre-approve clients, maintain accurate pipelines, and keep files moving on time and with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and help structure loan files across FNMA, FHLMC, VA, FHA/HUD, and USDA programs.

• Conduct pre-approvals and manage milestone checklists and document collection.

• Track leads, tasks, and communications in Salesforce; maintain data integrity and follow-up cadences.

• Coordinate client appointments and manage the Loan Officer’s calendar.

• Support branch growth through light marketing tasks and database management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of mortgage experience (Loan Partner I, Loan Officer Assistant, or Processing support preferred).

• Working knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines.

• Tech-savvy; experience with Salesforce and/or Encompass strongly preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail, written/verbal communication, and follow-through.

• Commitment to delivering a five-star client experience and supporting a high-performing team.

• Mortgage licensing not required; preferred.
