Home Instead is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to serve our Fredericksburg and Culpeper offices. This position is responsible for the recruitment of care professionals to provide the highest quality service to our clients, development of engagement strategies to strengthen care professional retention and satisfaction, and development of professional relationships with office staff and clients. We are seeking a highly motivated professional who is results-focused and committed to the growth of our organization. This professional must be a self-starter, possess excellent relationship and communication skills and be adaptable to the ever-changing senior care industry.
The successful professional will possess:
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Publisher, Word, Office, and Excel
• Working knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
