Insurance Producer

For more than 40 years we have served our communities, meeting their insurance needs with exceptional customer service. We are looking to add a full-time producer to our team in our Bowling Green, VA location. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, goal-oriented and a dedicated individual who is looking to join a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

· Conduct outbound and internal multiline lead outreach to generate new business opportunities.

· Meet with clients to assess needs and recommend coverage solutions.

· Present, explain, and negotiate policy terms.

· Process applications efficiently and maintain accurate records.

· Use internal tools to track progress and manage accounts.

· Stay informed on industry trends, products, and regulations.

· Collaborate with team members to support agency-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

· Active Property & Casualty License in Virginia or ability to obtain.

· Strong communication and client service skills.

· 3+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.

· Experience with insurance systems or CRM tools is a plus.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
