RUW is seeking an extroverted professional who excels at relationship-building. A great candidate will feel confident communicating with community members, business leaders, and local government officials throughout the Fredericksburg region. Opportunities to engage donors will take place through the planning of special events, applying for grant funding, and fundraising campaigns. The key requirement for Donor Engagement is the ability to recruit, retain, and grow relationships.
