Service Insights Coordinator
Position Type: Part Time, Hourly
Position Starting Rate: $19.00
Role Description
This position is responsible for maintaining the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank’s service insights platform. Key responsibilities include conducting user training, managing data intake and clean-up, maintaining training materials, and establishing best practices.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and deliver service insights training materials for in-person and virtual audiences
- Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual trainings or demonstrations for platform users
- Organize user meetings, forums, and communication updates to share software news and best practices
- Provide friendly and timely technical support to service insights users
- Identify and correct data issues (e.g., duplicates, typos, anonymous visits) at both agency and network levels
- Generate reports and translate data into clear insights to tell the story of impact
- Oversee data entry and monitor food assistance technologies for accuracy
- Ensure partner agencies follow data hygiene best practices and resolve compliance issues as needed
- Maintain knowledge of all platform components to effectively support users
- Manage user accounts, agency programs, and intake fields in the system
- Conduct agency site visits to troubleshoot and support implementation
- Stay informed on service insights requirements and best practices through Feeding America’s frameworks and user groups
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with data management and the manipulation of data
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Full computer proficiency with standard Google Suite applications, including Sheets and Docs.
- Proficiency with fundraising and communications software
- Honesty, integrity, and commitment to fighting hunger in the Central Rappahannock River Region
- Ability to relate effectively with other staff, volunteers, community partners, and the general public.
- Must have a clear understanding of and ability to articulate the mission of the FRFB.
- Ability to complete work in an accurate, useful, and timely manner.

The Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank (FRFB) is the largest organization addressing hunger in the Central Rappahannock River Region. Partnering with over 200 community organizations and supporting more than 270 food assistance programs, FRFB serves Caroline County, Fredericksburg City, King George County, Orange County, Spotsylvania County, and Stafford County. In 2024, FRFB distributed 7.4 million pounds of food, assisting over 51,000 individuals, including families, children, and seniors. The FRFB is dedicated to reducing food insecurity and directly reaching underserved communities.
