The candidate will work with a team of subject matter experts, solution implement, and other developers to modify and upgrade an existing JAVA tool for optimizing warfighter task performance. The ideal candidate is someone who is innovative, thinks outside of the box, and wants to work with a group that likes to have fun!

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, develop, customize, and test software applications to meet government stakeholder requirements.
  Debug and resolve technical issues
• Utilize development tracking tools to capture development requirements, track defects, and reflect the current implementation status of items
• Actively support all aspects of software development cycle with an emphasis on coding.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 years of experience
• Demonstrated experience with JAVA programming language is required
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently

Preferred Skills & Experience:  Basic knowledge of common software languages C#, C++, or HTML preferred.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)

Education:  Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology related field.

Minimum Clearance:  Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
