Bilingual Inventory Specialist
Matern Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Inventory Specialist at a national building materials supplier in Fredericksburg, VA. As an Bilingual Inventory Specialist, you’ll help keep the building supply operations running smoothly by monitoring inventory levels, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records in the computer systems. You’ll also assist with moving materials using a forklift as needed and communicate directly with clients to answer questions and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
Salary:
- $15-$16.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 7am-4:30pm, Monday thru Friday
What You'll Do as a Bilingual Inventory Specialist:
- Input inventory records and transactions into warehouse database and route paperwork accordingly
- Ensure product/material inventory levels and locations are accurate
- Generate and review inventory reports to identify trends or issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (like forklifts or pallet jacks) safely as needed
- Communicate with clients about order timelines and availability
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong customer service and computer skills
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with great follow-through to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness
- Proactively approach situations with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals across all levels of an organization
