Barbara Gustavson is a dedicated advocate for mental and brain health, specializing in stress management and burnout prevention for mental health workers and community leaders. As a facilitator, she leverages a strengths-based approach to foster resilience. Barbara is the author of ''Permission to be Bold'' and serves as head facilitator for certification programs for clinicians, coaches, and educators for Dr. Daniel Amen, Founder of Amen Clinics.
