About Us

Faithfully Fit & Frugal (F3) is an online fitness and fitness nutrition business that was founded by a Retired Marine Corps Officer and certified International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Master Trainer as well as a Girls Gone Strong (GGS) Women’s Coaching Specialist with over 12 years of industry experience. F3 is dedicated to helping clients live their healthier lifestyle, and is the only company of its kind that offers premium and affordable digital products for fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness made specifically for busy women. F3 leverages its owner’s past experiences as a Marine Corps Officer all while taking a holistic approach to fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness to ensure its products are created to allow busy women the time, ease, and confidence to not have to guess on these things when implementing any portion of a F3 product as a part of their daily lifestyle.

F3 is dedicated to intentionally creating and delivering resources and services that take into account a busy schedule, and we pride ourselves on taking as much guesswork out of the equation as possible for busy women, such as providing food allergen listing for all recipes contained in any chef-curated F3 Recipe Pack or monthly nutrition subscription.
