About Us
FAHASS is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to positively impact individual and community health.
We provide services to those living in Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Caroline, Culpeper, Fauquier, King George, Madison, Orange, Prince William, Rappahannock, and Westmoreland.
